Good car buying experience, bad car!!! Check engine light! Well, my credit is subpar so I had to go to Drive Time. I paid a 3400 down payment for my Audi A6. Beautiful car. My car is 3 weeks old....and the Well, my credit is subpar so I had to go to Drive Time. I paid a 3400 down payment for my Audi A6. Beautiful car. My car is 3 weeks old....and the check engine light is on. Aeverex is a joke. Nearest "in-network" repair facility is in Glen Burnie (fair warning) and can't see me until the end of next week (after my 30 day warranty expires)..how convenient. Any time I need a repair I have to drive 70 miles round trip to Baltimore. I can't do that with a check engine light on, so I have to pay 200 bucks for an out of network facility. 3 weeks, 30 K financed, and a car with a check engine light. I'm a bit discouraged. It's a new car. I have summer trips planned...and no means to travel. I shouldn't have to worry about this so soon...and even with all this going on, they are going to take a car payment Friday as I sit in the Audi service department waiting to see why my "new" car is displaying a check engine light. More

She had me come in the next day and she did everything in her power to get me in that vehicle. I did not have the down payment right away so they had to sell that vehicle which is understandable. I came back in a week later and she once again went above and beyond to get me in a Equinox and this time I had the down payment. She got me off the lot the same day with it and I'm very happy. I also want to say that Antonio, Yessar, and Al helped in this process and was great in helping me to get this Equinox. Everyone was patient and very professional with a small splash of comedy to keep the car buying process fun and fresh, I didn't feel like it was all about commission here. I def recommend! More

Looking for an suv My sales person was Derick. He gave me excellent customer service and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose. We looked a My sales person was Derick. He gave me excellent customer service and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose. We looked at many, many vehicles and even test drove about a dozen. The vehicle I selected was at another location long distance. But Derick knew how much I wanted this truck. So he went to his manager and asked him if they could have it shipped for me. His manager agreed, my truck was here within two days later as agreed. His store manager is also a very professional gentleman. He and Derick closed my deal making sure I understood my contract and if I had any questions. When my tags came in I was called pronto by a very professional young lady. My only down fall with Drive Time is their vehicles aren't detailed in/out prior to or after the sale. And you don't get a full tank of gas. My truck didn't come with floor mates. And my floor looks awful, my usb port in the hatch back doesn't work. And my tv works when it wants. I was told that the TV was cosmetic and it's not included in my warranty. Upon the day of picking up my vehicle it took over three hours to finalize the deal. I had a sticker from Drive Time saying my oil was changed and it wasn't. I was told that my wiper blades, brakes and rotors a piece in the shaft that they at first thought was my transfer case was replaced by Drive Line only to find out the week of, the back wasn't replaced and was grinding and squeaking and still is almost two months later. Also I have a few other mechanical problems that Drive Line is telling me it's nothing . Drive Time approved the repairs with me to get done. But never emailed the approval to the warranty company. So as of today I still haven't got my back brakes and rotors fixed. It's a loud hit putting my car in gear, but I was told there's nothing wrong with the transmission or transfer case. I told them I smelled my breaks and the mechanic said are you sure it's not transmission fluid. I have a warranty so I'm going to take my vehicle somewhere else to get checked before my warranty is up. Even though my intrest is high, my car payment is reasonable. I still would and have recommend Drive Time because most of the staff is friendly. They make getting into a vehicle easy. They don't strike you for you credit. And they try to put everyone in a vehicle. I'm considering that my vehicle came from another location, but I expect the location I brought it from to get you vehicle corrected. Regardless it's still there dealer no matter what other location it's transferred from. More
